As an employee how can I see my leave balances and leave approval?

All the approval will be notified over employee dashboard and it has all the features an employee needs like leave approval, attendance regularization, Employee details update ETC.

Does admin have the right to make changes in the IN/OUT Time of the employee?

Admin has full rights to make any changes hence, admin role should be carefully authorized to the employee.
